Week 1: Day 1: The First Day Back
So I'll be entirely honest here I haven't worked out in a LONG time. Like 6 months at least, I haven't even so much as gone a week and actually done pushups every day. So I think it's time to start with the basics again. Well, maybe a bit of 'accelerated' basics, you could say. To cut to the chase, I'm planning on doing a full Push, Pull, Leg workout regime, eventually increasing in intensity and in sophistication. And today was Day 1, so let's take a look at my BEFORE pics. (Taken with my WONDERFUL phone camera) So this is how we're starting out (Don't mind the whiteness, don't worry, I know). I'd say I'm not in a TERRIBLE spot right now, it's more of just getting to a GREAT spot eventually. As mentioned before, it was an all so exciting Day 1, aka Push Day.
